locked sc will effect idle and i used the sc14 that comes with 1ggze unit.the bypass we made it to be adjustable.at that time enuff power but i think wanna go further.my car is still in workshop and works in progress...most of the things are ready just waiting to plug in.planning to play around 1.2 - 1.5 bars..using water to air intercooler..any tips?any 4ag race cams (used) for sale?

just few questions to ask:

1. How much do u guys think a KE35 with well-maintain body + nice number + Levin engine worth? This car without LSD gearbox, so now hard to be drift. Do u think 8-9k worth to buy?

2. To pay for a KE35 and mod it yourself and turn it into a driftable machine, how much does it cost?

im also a old skool kaki, do free to come out TT... anyone own old skool here? mind to list down ur guys nick n car? either KE20, KE30, KE25, KE35, KE70, dx, gl... or mazda RX-3(i saw there is one for sale in kajang), or other old skool but toyota engine inside..

I think if you going to play with old skol toyota for drift car KE70 would be better,even in japan..i have some reason why i'm say KE70.You can get bodypart for KE70 new like fender,door skin,bumper and etc.But made in Taiwan la.. :biggrin: If you chose KE20 or KE35 you can get pening kepala to find body part.Maybe in kampung2 you can get it.

In market right now,you can get KE70 around 5k with good condition.

One good thing for Toyota is you can use part from other model,like diff you can use from AE86(come with disc brake and LSD)Front strut can use from corona(TT141/142) which had big size and vented rotor.Unless you banyak wang you can use skyline 4pot caliper.

for the front struts u also have an option to use the fully adjustable one from sylvia s13..just wanna add from what bullit sez..for me better buy a ready modified old school with good condition. if u wanna start from scratch...hmm..headache and cost will be high and time consuming..but if u want the challenge and u want to build and old school with ur own style and effort..buy a really good condition standard base car and start from there..sometimes seeing a grand daddy car evolve to a grand pimp or gran turismo ol scool car with ur own effort so worthed every sweat and penny u've spent..i dunno..different people..different likings..cheers..

yes KE70 would be more worth to mod to driftable or we says piu~able machine, but in terms of outlook i prefer KE35, haha.

Ke25 & Te27 share the same chasis.
Same for Te37 & Ke37 too.
The different is just the engine. For Te** car is equip with T series engine in this case 2T engine.
For Ke** car is equip with K engine series (3K).
 
and how about this opel old skool? any toyota engine can fit in? SR20? rb20?
any idea wat to mod on this car n wat will be the budget?
 
Terkejut aku......ke35 with 16v silver top...hehehe...that 4age 16v blue top la friend (first gen).the price? if the car+engine=rm5000. but if got other acces might be ++ some more.
Opel? dont no this one. rm1000???
 
woa....is that ke35 u talking about skyline86?the condition (in the pics) looks superb.no rust at engine bay area. engine position looks good...although bit dusty..body no 'resdung'..can buy la..rim also old school style summore..rm4-5k..i guess..worthed..if it also comes with lsd rear axle (4.3:1 finals + disc brakes) could cost more.
