What is the biggest rotor size that will fit a standard mitsubishi twin pot caliper? or can we increase the size of rotor without changing stock rotor? anyone here knows?

dont understand ur question at all , "increase the size of rotor without changing stock rotor" huh... blur

sorry! i mean can we increase the rotor size without changing the CALIPER. what is the maximum size rotor that will fit into a stock mivec caliper!

its the same reason why everyone ask question here. stock engine & car is the best, but why do we still modify?

oh but this is diffrent, if u dnt upgrade caliper , the brake pads is not going to touch the extra part of the bigger disc , so no need put bigger rotors , no extra gains.

icic. thanks. noler i saw some disc are lager in overall diameter but a smaller friction surface. Did not mind the gain as i want the looks, as long the performance remain the same.

With the std brake pad and caliper, changing to larger diameter of disc rotor able to gain more distance to grip with the same turn.
It should be help to increase braking performance. However, no idea on how significantly different on the braking performance as I still run with stock as well.

Just my 2 cents.

No idea as I still run with stock... However, 2 pot caliper should work fine already.
