Hi guys ...

To make it short, my car has to overhaul the bottom due to 'naik minyak' and causing my spark plug spoil each day. The spark plug burn will cause my car jerking one kind, like keep choking as if no energy or like somethin stuck, then after a while the power will back normal.
Since i have changed battery, distributor, plug cable ... thats the only choice according to my foreman

So after overhaul bottom, my car goes fine n smooth. But after 1 day, i feel like the jerking appear again but at minimal amount. Last time it use to jerk very often and serious.
So i went to the mech, he said he also not sure and need to check first.
He say might need to change the whole piston now ...

What else could be the problem ?? He is my regular mechanic, but i just afraid he has limited knowledge or try to cut throat me also

the shaking has been resolve by my mechanic at hometown lol

the fella just take out my spark plug, and ketuk the head there. He said the gap is too big causing the spark cannot burn the piston

is it normal ?

original sparkplug gapping is suitable for ur car... it measures 0.8mm.... if anything below only ur car can work properly, check ur ignition system.... sparkplug cables and distributor...

Thanks a lot bro

Normaly I do not need to adjust whenever i change spark plug. I encounter the jerking after overhaul bottom ... and I also 1st time see foreman knock the spark plug head then its OK.

Is it neccesary to do this each time ??

find the root cause rather than knocking ur sparkplug each time u change them...
besides, reducing the spark gap reduces spark power.... hence, u gain less performance...

my foreman had replaced me with new distributor. But still didnt test with normal spark plug yet lol. He said nvm, use the spark plug with reduced gap 1st. He said will better performance n save fuel @___@
