Cefiro A31 ECU problem

I just got a cefiro A31 with RB20,everything conditions external and internal not in very well,my main headache problem facing rite now after checking from workshop my friend ECU was using original cefiro A31 ECU wiring n box,before purchased vehicle everything was ok but after a week changes name suspect previous owner change bck ECU n wiring,need so experience guy advise, Should I change bck normal RB20 wiring? Or get some e manage ultimate piggy back re tuning ? Or haltech sprint 500 suitable? Appreciate whose with best advise ,thx guy
