Citroen ZX 1.8 couldn't start

I was driving smoothly up a highway where the engine suddenly stop... i tried to restart it, it couldn't start.

I've brought it to my friends workshop and he checked the fuel pump, ecu, relay, pluck coil, all no problem...

what seems to be the problem???

Car starter cable ok? Any warning lights? Is the immobiliser light on?
