This Titanium exhaust wrap is awesome. They solved a lot of issue that arise from exhaust wraps with this product. It is not a fiberglass based product but rather made from a pumice. Where fiberglass comes from sand this comes from volcanic lava rock. The Titanium exhaust wrap is easy to wrap, there is no need to wear gloves and you do not need to seal it with the silicone spray…plus it looks sweet! Like carbon fiber. It will handle 2000 degrees all day long and will remain flexible while maintaining its cool looks. Yes, it costs more but the best stuff always does.
Soaking the wrap in water is also not needed to install this!

For this particular product, it is reasonably priced for a 50ft roll as you are able to wrap up to 12ft of 2inch diameter pipes(estimate). If you are unsure about how much do you need, basically this roll is probably enough to wrap up your entire system. You can use a heat wrap calculator online to double check. Competitor wraps will come off and discolor over time a they're fibre, and you get itchy hands. This wrap is ORIGINAL from DEI, USA. Not RM70, not RM100 fakes.

2. Whats the benefit and advantages?

3. What difference between the Bill***, sa**, Ther***** wraps compared to this?
- Those, are of low to decent quality. Made of fiberglass that can break anytime, or break down during heat. White wraps are not treated whereas a good wrap changes to brown/black if treated. You can refer to my blog for comparison.
4. Why so expensive?
- If you calculate costwise, it is not at all expensive as this is a very long 50feet roll. Furthermore you're paying for something that you would only use ONCE!! I can guarantee you that this is pof premium quality and it's gonna last, thats a guarantee.
5. Do you do installation?
- No I don't sorry, but you can bring this to any workshop or accessory shop for installation.
6. They say you need to soak in water and then wrap it for a tight wrap. True?
- For other fiber wraps, yes. For this, no.
7. They say if you wrap your exhaust manifold, it will crack. True?
- Very subjective. But in my personal opinion, no.
8. Referring to FAQ no.7, they say because it traps moisture. How?
- Even if you have moisture in there, it will evaporate on first startup. End of story.
9. Will rust after wrapping?
- With or without wrap, it'll rust if it's mild steel. For stainless steel or titanium, it's not gonna rust.
10. Why should I buy this?

11. How important is heat management?
- As important as you want to keep it away from wherever it should not be at.
