deleted items not actually deleted.. help...

hey guys.. i just found out that if we delete items from out thumbdrive/ memory card these things can be retrived with a software.. what about handphones.. if we delete items from our phone is it possible to recover it? say i sell my phone then can the new buyer look for the deleted items on the phone..?

if u have memory card, u have to format the card so its completely deleted.

even a formated Hard Drive also can retrived some of the file & document.

audio,document,video & picture file can be retrived but installer file (.EXE) most likely cannot.

oic.....coz i tried using some software to retrieve some accidentally deleted item, very hard and usually not entirely can, partially maybe can....

ya after formating also can still retrive some data.. what bout our hp internal memory.. anyway of making sure things in it are deleted for good?
