i think most people in malaysia are into american muscle just for the looks and sound of the cars... i mean. read the local top gear and there's a section where they interview local 'celebs'. most of em don't know much about cars, and they always put american muscle as their dream car.

they are not really car enthusiasts, they just like the whole retro look associated with it.

whereas in this forum, im guessing if you signed up and probably reading this, you probably know a lot more about cars and the pleasures of spirited driving :driver:

having said all that, ZR1 ftw!

For me...

Far most the best and sexy American Muscle would be 1974 Ford Mustang Shelby! That's what I am talking about "REAL" legend sports car....

Hmmmm.... When I was in school back in late 80s and early 90s, my dream was to own Ford TX3 1.8. Finally I got it after uni grad in 1995. Then I dreamed of Citroen ZX 2.0 16V 2 doors and I finally got it in 2004. Since mostly my car was 2 doors, then I looked for Volvo 245 wagon with an intention to moded it like VIP style with 1J or 2JZ inside. Volvo wagon is not so many here and got it in 2008. Then I dreamed for Datsun 240Z but due to it rarity, I only managed to own Datsun 280Z which is still in my possesion till now.

So, dream really come tru. Now I am dreaming to add in into my garage are:
1. Porsche 911 SC 1980 - very rare
2. Citroen DS - extremely rare
3. R32 GTR - rare
4. Saab 900 SPG 2 door version - very rare
5. Fiat Multipla " Frogged-face " - cheap and many

Ol' skool rulezzz....
