EK Clutch Plate

Hi all hondarian & sifus..

I'm driving ej6 sohc vtec '96 - Auto.
I just to know, when we need to change a clutch plate?Is it any symptoms it need to change/how many years to change once??How much the cost to change a standard/original clutch plate.
