Evo 3 semi lsd to full lock lsd.

Hi all sifu,
my dad just get a evo 3 semi lsd gearbox..
but as we knw for cornering full lock lsd should be better right?
so can we lock from semi lsd to full lock lsd ah?
 
for street its better for semi instead of full lock....

(*wait until turning into juction or parking lot to realize the diff between semi and full lock)

with full lock....
u really need to hold ur steering with both hands TIGHTLY when doing u-turn or turning out from junction....
 
I'm really suffer using full lock LSD.. the sound makes me embarass.. better u stick to semilock for daily driving..:driver:

haha yeah ive heard a car before with full lock lsd then i heard the tak tak sound when u turn and i asked him what spoilt already then oni he told me full lock lol
for people who dont know sure they will think something rosak already but thy dont know whenn straight road launching:adore:
 
im using aftermarket full lock lsd with motul lsd oil...no sound tak tak at all.. ;)

mind telling me how much the aftermarket lsd cost for your evo 3 gearbox i am also thinking of getting one instead of changing to mitsu lsd gearbox and using the special driveshaft
as i would like to keep my existing GB
and what brand was it??
 
i bought last tyme rm1.4k at half cut shop..that 1 my foreman got it 4 me...yup btter use aftermarket rather then oem lsd..their drveshft pretty expensive n sound tak tak lyke ur drveshft want to snap apart...hahaha

plus if anything happen to the driveshaft i heard its quite hard to locate a another lsd driveshaft and it doest come cheap also so just the lsd was 1.4k right???do you happen to catch the brand??

then bought another ralliart lsd 1.4k with evo1 full gearbox

fuh... sifu can get cheap stuff wei!!!

btw... if i not mistaken... oni 1.5way uses diff driveshaft... the full lock ones using same drive shaft....

but either ways i would like myself an aftermarket lsd be it full lock or semi lock preferably full lock though :biggrin:

full lock will worn out faster compare than a normal semi lsd a?
