extractor and bullet question

hi..
im very curious..
i wanted to change my extractor and bullet..
some people says that changing extractor to 4-2-1 and bullet will reduce my FC..
is this true?
my car is satria 1.3 carb..

changing to 421 extractor and midbullet will increase/release some horsepower.... no, it doesnt reduce ur fc..... it will increase ur fc, given that it is not done properly...

best way to reduce ur fc is to maintain ur engine in tiptop condition.... do regular service in time.... tune ur carburettor regularly...... and alwiz be light-footed when driving....
