Extractor for D15B 3-stage vtec

anyone used an aftermarket extractor on their d15b before? what are the improvements like? more low-mid torque or higher hp? or both?

are after market ones (e.g. jasma approved) hard to come by? if so, has anyone done a custom fabrication before? where? how much?
