Fog in Koito Smoked Headlamp

I bought a pair of BRAND NEW Koito Smoked headlamp last year and now i found it after raining, there will be some water inside the headlamp ( at the bottom of the blackbase there ). Who happened this b4 and what is the solution ( besides purchase another set ) ?

brand new also water can sip in? normally only happens to halfcut headlamps. remove cover and reseal is the only solution.

if koito headlamps have this prob, mite as well go for Depo. kinda surprise oso unless ur koito has some leakage seal somewhere.
