Forgot ASTRO PIN

Hi,

How to recover the Atro 4-digit PIN ar if forgotten?
Must send the astro box back and replace with a new one ar?

Did u change the original PIN? If not, check to the manual for the original PIN. If you had already changed the PIN, i think you can reset the unit to factory default.

If all fails, send it to a service centre for the decoder, they can do something for you.

go to the settings screen in the decoder. Should have an option to restore factory default wan. ANyway, the default PIN is 0000 or 1234 i think. Did u change it?

yeah, i changed it and now forgot liao.

So there is a option in there to reset ar? Like that no use to have PIN also loh if got this option to reset,rite?

hmmm... dunno, go try and see whether they asks u for PIN to reset or not...
