Free OBDII engine diagnostics

how about S15 can you diagnostics as well ? "your engine running at optimum condition" is this same like dyno run ?
 
If it has a OBDII connector, it is possible to run diagnostics on it. Diagnostics will tell if theres anything wrong with your engine to keep your engine running at optimum condition. Nothing involving a dyno.
