GAB Adjustable too soft... Need advise..

Dear Sifu's

My GAB adjustable current setting very very soft... soft bumpy not hard. [Hi / Lo] TYPE only not the [Hi / Lo Soft / Hard] TYPE.
Even used my both hand can push up and down my ride... Does it mean i need to service the adjustable or need to set the ride lower in order to make it harder? Current measurement its like original height of Perdana V6.

Anyone of sifu's here faced the same problem like me? front very soft.. juz like original spring coil while driving...

Pls help me to solve this... (Dun tell me to change another set ler) any idea to solve it??

check absorber condition,if all in working cond. then change stiffer springs
