What's the point of having a sales thread here then? In that case, just put in your ad : Selling All Types of GAB suspension [ from RSOne stocks ]. For more info, please call me at xxx xxxxxxx. Personally, I like to read because you'll get to learn whatever you want to know [ in this case, GAB SS suspension ]. So is this your clerk replying or is it you? I as a customer have the right to ask anything about whatever product I want to buy, and if, after you've spend hours explaining every little nook and cranny about the said product, and I choose not to purchase from you, what wil your response be then? As a seller, you must be able to answer any questions related to the product that you're selling. If you are unsure what to tell the customer, words like : I'm sorry, but this product is still very new with me, can you please give me [ amount of hours or days ] some time to learn more about this product? I'll get back to you a.s.a.p. if you do not have the time, words like : I'm sorry, I am quite busy at the moment. Can you please give me [ amount of hours or days ]? I'll get back to you a.s.a.p.
So wat's the point if someone who can't read the title [GAB authorised dealer] ? i am the dealer and all GAB product are supplied by RSOne..is it a necessary to post it in every post or reply to make it feel like there's somebody trying to do some sake there? There's even RSone link in my first post, you didn saw it?
I did posted "Do feel free to contact us for more informations" in the first post and the contact detail are listed at the bottom of the first post, you didn't read carefully enough maybe and it's the first time i heard" you get to know watever you wanna know" by reading habits.
Ask many but never buy? i had met a lot of these and it's my daily routine to reply my customer questions! Who care whether they buy or not? I am giving my best solutions for the customers, if they cant accept my solution, should i scold them?
So next time when my car wanna do detailing service while i know nothing about it, i won't ask u for that. Scared if you will giving me some weird looking faces.
If a late reply can make u spend some time for these, u must be a very successful and free man...congrats...and i also thanks for ur kindness in reading my posts..
btw, from which word do u think i am lacking of product info? mind to enlighten me since i already answered those that you dunno about the product?
i didn explain why i didn answer and the solution for it?

Problem here is, it's around 2 days++, an d I see that this thread is bumped up with your user name. Therefore, I am quite unhappy with the way you treat my question about the said product. Like I've posted above, if you're busy, then some kind words explaining your situation and promising me to get back back to me a.s.a.p would be a good business practice. But I never saw something like that in this thread here [ or a PM from your user name ].
so u advised my clerk to register a new nick here? quite a good idea but personally i doesn't like it..it's like somebody trying to kacao in my thread u know?
btw, do u mind read this posts? http://www.zerotohundred.com/newforums/2308913-post11.html
Okay, but there is no PM from your user name. Again, if you dislike the idea of replying and explaining to everyone here in ZTH etc, then put that up in your 1st post in this thread, and explain to everyone that you prefer those who are interested to call you. But I didn't read something like that in the 1st post, hence I posted a few questions in this thread. I expected you, as the seller, to answer my questions up to you best abilities, and if you do not have the time, or knowledge to do so, then by all means, quote my post and use kind owrds like the examples I've posted earlier in this post.
since i had already answered here when i came online, is that a necessary to pm u again with the same reply? [cos i know u will back here for sure]. i never say i dislike, just that it make the thread a little bit messy..but if customer are asking constructive question except pricing or the post they made contains, "pm me", i would be gladly to answer in the thread.

Erm, how great/best abilities is urs? replying a post without online? Sorry to say that i can't do that. Since i had reply your questions after i get online, i feel no prob with that.
Nice "big" words to use as a finale, young man.
thanks for ur praising folk..
If one ever hopes to be a trader that is known to be honest, truthful and well - liked by everyone, at the very least, do not keep the customer waiting. Correct?
And as a customer who wanted a fast response without thinking of the seller's situation and blame for all that he can, he should at least try to contact the second time if he doesn's get the response at the first time, is that logiccally acceptable?
....and I think you did not read my earlier reply thoroughly. The tone of my earlier post is more like : Me venting my dissatisfaction of your service towards me. Certainly not firing of any sorts.
just a synonyms. no worry
