PocketRocket: are you refering to Hilo Adjustable coilover spring or just the lowered spring? All our imported GAB lowered spring does not have a specification on the stiffness, so i can't really give you the 4K setting. We only have the stiffness setting for our hilo adjuatable coilover spring from 3K to 12K.
