Having problem with the inner tide rode disassemble..

Hi,
i have a problem with the inner tie rode disassemble, i don have a special tool to open it, any idea to open it without buy a special tool? The red circle inside the picture is the inner tie rod that i need to open n replace it...please advice thank you..

y wana susah2 take out the ball joint? just change the whole tie rod lo.
