Head lamp reflector rechroming

Hi, my car's headlamp reflector has gone dull and I would like to chrome it. Problem is, i don't who/where to do it. I live ik KL. Can any one help? Thanks

In order to chrome, the interior need to be accessible

ya...the reflector bowl needs to be removed. I'm not sure how they plate the chrome on but saw many failed attempts to "spray" on chrome. ends up like dull aluminum.
