HELP!!!! Broken Bolt!!!

Dear all the expert!!!

I need your help!!!!!

Very unfortunate that one of the bolt patah and stuck.
I have ask my workshop, but they cant remove it due to the size is too small.

Here is the photo. I hope anyone experience this before can help. Do you guys know any machinery service provider can drill this broken bolt out? plz let me know if you guys have anyone good in solving this

you could try using the smallest drill bit and drill it half way in, hopefully it comes out..
what is it anyway?

go at ace hardware and find reversed hand/drillbit screw removal tools like this

it is a adjustable rear wing for my car. unfortunately the highest level one got stuck.
