Since this will be ur first car I suggest to get a new one since you're not yet experienced in maintenance. Also don't get European car yet since they're usually more expensive to maintain and operate.
For a new one, from your list the Civic 1.8 would be way much better than the Swift and the Vios in terms of looks, comfort, feature, and performance. Fuel consumption is also still pretty good even though would not be as efficient as the Swift. So IMHO overall the Civic 1.8 is ur best choice.

If you're still lucky then you can buy a Champion Yellow color of Swift Sport with manual transmission, you'll get a very quick and fast car compared to the other bigger displacement car, but if your choice is swift 1.5, then it is better if you buy a civic fd 1.8. But civic fd 1.8 will lose to swift at corner...
