The 1st rim u can go Klang n find and the 2nd rim too, or u try go to Sunway Silverstone, they might have a lot of immitation wheels similar to that.

As for the 2nd rim is called Lowenhart LDR

6.5JJ is good :)...did u try look for 16"?

For 6.5JJ,if im not mistaken u might need to do some fender works :) Not sure how big is the fender compartment on viva.

i think his on stock springs, yea, his getting the right wheels 1st, then he will lower down the ride to the max.
