As as to date Fake DLS amp Ultimate series only A8.. be carefull.. if U oledi bought 1.. pls check the RCA input, the RCA should not have Red & Black blend to determine left or right.. If got the blend mean U got Fake amp...

Last Thursday received Helix Competition A4 & A2.. only Yesterday got 2hours to do testing in my car..

my set-up
Sony CDX-7800X VCD player
XO- Macrom 48.13
Mid Bass- Vifa Premium
Tweet- Focal Utopia TN52
Sub- SS Exact 12'
Amp- Alpine V12 Oldskol MRV-F505, 1005, 1507
RCA /Speaker cable- Monster

After relocated my F505 from passenger to rear seat, Speaker cable for Tweet not long enough so add normal cable. The tweet to bright & sharp leerr..

Testing A4 (85x4)+ A2 (120x2)..
Even I use rojak speaker cable for tweeter the sound very smooth & more detail when change to A4. No hissing sound & sharpeis also gone.. Test Mid with A2.. the lowers Freq can cut at around 80-90hz 12Db Slope.. with A4 can go down till 55-60hz 12Db Slope.. Form here I notice even the Driver Nominal pwr 100wrms & Freq Resp 40hz-4khz , U will sacrife low freq if U run >100wrms.. coz Ur Driver still accept lower freq even ur XO at 90hz.. Test A2 run SS Exact.. result very Nice hee hee coz A2 HP can use as Sub-Sonic Filter...

At the End Helix got Dinamic, Detail, Smooth.. love to own 1 but can not afford at this moment..

My cousin using Helix Darkblue 4 do active setup for Helix Blue 6, plus M-cap capasitor for tweeter.
It can make vocal mid become strong!
Helix can be dynamic, can be warm....can be any mode.
