How do I enable my cut off?

Hi all,

Previously my foreman did a mechanical process where my cut off was removed however my idling was bad.

I want to enable the cut off but I can't seem to find any screw behind the meter or any disconnected wire in the ecu.

I'm using gsr and I need some help...Thanks

My guess is boost...
Check the throttle body area... Ur foreman would hv installed a bypass valve there.
