4G9x Engine rev cut

Anybody know what's the standard rev cut for all 4G9x engine ? Is there different between JDM ECU and local Proton ecu rev cut ??

Reason i ask is yesterday i test my friend rojak :D Wira that running on 4G92 SOHC block, 93 DOHC head & 4G91 wiring + 4G15 carb gearbox.

2nd gear rev till 6500 RPM...rev cut already...my friend told me 4G91 ECU rev cut is at 6500 RPM wor...

Also HOW TO REMOVE rev cut ??

rev cut, rechip ur ecu, not with any crap chip
make sure u get it tuned
matspeed ? drax ? j5 ?

is there any gadget that can remove 4G9x rev cut ? Like speedcut, RSM and Pivot Speed Meter can do it...

rev cut happen when ecu cut the fuel supply,
i heard that they can make by pass, but not so sure

g88 : just contact drax or matspeed , i dont tink there is any device for u to remove it , i tink e-manage ultimate has it also.

if u r going for local so called Ralliart Chip or Mivec chip , please do not waste ur time , u must know tht its already discussed in zth. i just dnt want u to be another one who wastes money on it. in mitsu ecu chip , it has the values or ur MAF , Injector , Timing & AF map. Every car has a diffrent mapping, u cant just fit in a mivec chip n run ur car, u just gonna loose performance or blow ur engine.
so please, do whts right , a mivec chip will have fueling map of a mivec 1.6 with its injector sizing n for its engine compression, a ralliart evo chip will be set for bigger than 510cc injectors n 609 MAF, it will not suit at all , even if the seller says he is going to adjust it to ur setting, if he does it with a wideband , setting up a laptop , adjusting the fuels right infront of u , then he is a TUNER, if not , he is just a regular guy who burns chip , i can do it for u for 20 bucks, get me the empty rom n the hex dump of the mivec chip

All number given is with +/-300rpm
4G91 : 6.5k to 6.8k rpm
4G92 DOHC : 7.8k to 8.2k
4G92 mivec : 8.2k to 8.5k
4G92 SOHC : 6.5k to 6.8k
4G93 DOHC : 7.5k to 8.2k ( 6123 ecu )
4G93 SOHC : 6.5k to 6.8k

I dun see any more power at 8k rpm or more but dunno about mivec

Peak power will be change by follow with cam setting.
