How To Clean The Air Flow Meter Sensor?

Please tell me how to clean the Air FLow Sensor located inside the Air Flow Meter Box. I'm using 4G93T engine.

Air flow meter?
If its the MAP sensor youre talking about, there's a resistor in the box that detects the temperature of the air flow, but I dont think it needs any cleaning...
