step one: remove them
step two: throw them away
step three : buy koni c/o kit
step 4 : install

if not happy

step 5 : remove and adjust
step 6 : install again.

if still not happy, repeat 5,6

Yes the absorber can be sent to have its damping re-set.

The HWL manufacturer in Sungai Buloh does it.

Of course besides that, get new springs with a softer spring rate.

Coilovers can never really be fully comfortable. Take it out and have a look at even the softest set of springs for the coilover and then you'd get what i mean.. :)

You can take your spring out and get a suspension tuning shop to rate it ... Then get some coil-over spring with about 20-30% less rate. Normally the bump rate on the so-called racing shocks wouldn't increase anything more than 20% of the overall stiffness. The rebound shouldn't be a problem with softer spring.

Getting new springs is probably cheaper then getting a whole new sets of suspension.

Coilovers are not designed to be comfortable, like what the others said.

Want comfort? Use stock.

yup,
if u reaLLy waNna comfort use origiNaL stock........
