how to put video clip in zth ?

i got a movie clip wish to share with u all fellow zthians.. any idea ah how can i fit in? the movie is 2.44minutes 9.89mb size lah.. pls let me know

can .. u just open the site ..

click BROWSE button, select ure file then click UPLOAD AND PUBLISH ONLINE button buddie .. wait for the site to finish upload to the server and they will give u the link which the file located in their server .. ;)

i have uploaded many times .. ;) if u face problem .. just pass me the file and i upload for u :)
