Not 'brake pad dust'.

This one is 'brake DISC dust'.

Happens when brake pad already worn, metal part of caliper touched surface of brake disc, resulting in brake disc getting scratched. Metal dust.

Anybody knows how to remove?

ohh the easiet was is to change rims... or easier still change car :)

Use a strong magnet la... like neodynmium magnets coz I know brake discs are ferrous meterial so it'll stick to the magnet. The polar attraction should be strong enough to pull the dust away from your rim. try and see
