How to remove this marks?

My car bumper has been rubbed against i dunno what and left ugly marks(see pic).Any ideas on how to remove them?
Anyway just wanna say good job to all the guys who provide tips n tricks in this forum.TQ.

looks like someone banged ur car or something.. mine got hit n run recently.. luckily no dent and fortunately the paint did not come off and the leftover marks are just black rubber.. use wax to polish it off..that was what i did.. now it looks brand new again.. except for some minor scratches that cannot be recovered.

It works ...but not if the scratch is too deep until can see the undercoating lah.

U may get it from Ace Hardware in Mid Valley.. less than RM50. Go for the heavy duty one.

use polish to polish it off...should be possible.
