How To upload or replace new maps into Garmin 200??

bro's, i'm using garmin 200 and the SD slot is empty, which means its preloaded inside right?? so how do i add new country maps or replace the malaysian map to new one??help is very much appreciated.

For new free map you can do it yourself actually, it was a bit technical (need to download some free software). Just go to website like Malsingmaps.com and Malfreemaps.com and the offered free map updated for your device.
