hyundai anyone???

hi guys..
im asking on behalf of my fren ere..
does anyone know which hyundai model is using d same 4g as mitsubishi..he saw 1/2 model dts using 4g15 n 4g61..is the hyundai machine really d same with mitsu's 4g or just the pattern of the engine..and what about the engine mountings..

hey man, i drive a hyundai scoupe... so i can tell u that all the early hyundai models uses mitsubishi engines... the first gen scoupe uses a 4g15(1.5), the elantra uses 4g61(1.6) and 4g67(1.8).. and the sonata uses a 4g63(2.0) non turbo not sure if it was single cam or dohc then the 3.0v6 was a 6g72 engine...basically the mountings are like mitsu cars.. hope this helps...

hmmm not sure la... logically it should be..but i cant tell u for sure... take the engine apart and compare it with the mitsu stuff..
