Importing Wreck Car From Japan

helo guys. Just wanna to ask if anyone of you have experience importing wreck car from Japan. Have been surfing this website quite a long time ago http://www.tradecarview.com/used_car/japan_car/all/all/?gid=200&pn=2&ps=25 under category Accident Car and I found out this website got 'beautiful' condition wreck car hehehehe last time I saw wreck GTR35 & Subie Ver10 sold for 1mil yen :D Pls share ur tought. Thanks :D

yeah i know that jz wanna know the process who know can do small business later on hehehe :P here at my place is being monopoly by one shop only and the halfcut condition is not that good :(

RM33k.. after including kastam,transport, and a very interesting sum of "duit coffee bean".. might just total up to RM50-60k.. unless you know the guys.. better off ordering from kedai potong that you are familiar of.

Bob, you need to have a representative in JP to make this work. Someone over there has to sign the paper work and you can import those is as 'used Spare-Parts' or some category of such.

As long as the wreck car arrive in CUT condition, it should not be an issue. Just pay the kastam tax/duty for 'used Spare-Parts', usually charge by per-container/weight and of course, the freight forwarding charges.

If it's 1 or two engine cut that you are interested in, best is have existing kedai potong do for you la, cheaper as they already have the connection and contact on the other end knowing all the procedure...unless you want to start a kedai potong, then lain cerita.
