iPod support for 2006 Sony HUs

According to this site: http://home.speedfactory.net/tcashin/ipodsony.htm, I will need the following accessories from Sony.

1. XA-110IP - iPod adapter for 2006 HUs
2. XA-C30 - to allow CD Changer and iPod to be connected together

Now, where can I find the above items? It won't be cheap but least I won't have to throw away the changer. The current HU is very old and currently looking for an upgrade.

maybe u can pay a visit to sony building near centrepoint bandar utama, near plus damansara tol, no need malu-2... customer service there quite good and friendly...

just buy RCA to mini jack cable, connect to back HU (audio in) then select AUX.
this is much easy. it would be a problem if your stereo do not have AUX in.

hopefully 2007, sony have HUD with USB direct plug in.
