Is warranty void if ...

Hello,

Can i confirm that toyota warranty is void when
1. aftermarket cold air intake is installed?
2. aftermarket supercharger is installed?

Also, like to confirm is there a supercharger for toyota vios?
If not, is there a reason? I mean, I can find ones for corolla or altis but not for vios???

Bro i think the supercharger kit will sure void ur warranty...
But im not sure wether the CAI will void warranty...
The best way is to not to modified ur car until ur warranty expires

1: It depends on service center to service center. Some would close and eye on air filter modifications. Some would point out that part is the one that causes engine trouble. Nowdays Toyota is smart. You buy authorised TRD parts from them, does not void your original warranty. So go figure here.

2: Definitely voids warranty. Any form of charging increases engine wear and tear faster. Forced induction even if you boot to a minimal 0.3bar would still increase stress to piston, valve and additional torque generated would increase wear on crankshadt, bearings and gearbox. So if a stock VIOS engine is supposed to work 3 years under heavy usage would probably reduced to 2 years under heavy usage.
