i understand the car only a few months old, but car price is estimated by year, your car considered one year, thats why it valued at that range, year 2004 kelisa (A) is selling at rm30k only,

why want to sell the car ? since buy already use it lah. buy already then sell again. you know the market price. car price drop like hell now. just keep and drive.

If bank value it at RM36k therefore loan can only reach max 32k (90%). If u wanna let go at RM36k confirm the new buyer needs to come out downpayment at least RM 3.6k. Wahlau... RM 3.6k downpayment can get a better value for money "New" car bro ! Just my advise......
