wow compared to the first spyshots of the concept gtr, this looks awesome!
hmmm....looks sorta like a futuristic space fighter...just add wings and lazers.

You say it for yourself, a 'classic car lover' always loves classic, but for most just move on...... BTW, most owners that have toys like F40, F50 and F60 are aged above 50s..

new acura vs the dc5 , some favour the dc5
new supra vs the 2jz , some favour the 2jz
new evo IX vs the older gen456 , some favour the 456

just that a portion of us still favour the older generations main reason
we find the newer versions having a futuristic look while the older ones
have a muscular or rather simple look , just like this GTR , r34 seem to look more simple n beautiful as for my opinion. agreed ?

i guess many ppl shot their opinion on futuristic vs the older looks in the new supra model thread

i guess the comments which suggest liking the new design comes from people who already have experience with the "current version" and vice versa from those who've yet to enjoy the "current version".

I prefer something that has new features in design, improved chassis and better still 'suprise me'....... R34 loved by many, it looks muscular and chassis is good....... New skyline looks sleek and luxury, it practically aiming at US and Europe's customer, probably with this baby, it can sell better than previous model, if the price is right......

I don't think people should compare old supra with it's next replacement, technology has quantum leaped, nothing should be the same....... It's a matter of whether people are going with changes or stay still where it belongs 10 years ago....... Toyota is a creative company, n it will drive other company in design and tech...... Taste is very subjective........
