hahahahahahaha..............I call those cinabukit's. I have worked for a cinaukit oss before too.Stone age managers.

caucasian boss are usually more forgiving in the sense that they give you that freedom of doing things.......but on a very long leash.

They dont really are how,with whom and when you are going to do it so long as you deliver within the stipulated date, new age managers.

Since we're on this topic anyway, do you think, in general, mat salleh's or asians make good bosses, based on your very own experience.
For me, the few mat salleh's that I used to work with on project basis, was a lot easier to work with than asian bosses. HOWEVER, chinese ed bosses are somehow... fucked up. Really have to be hippocrit to work with chinese ed bosses.
