AFR tuning are actually dynamics. There are no firm figure even though 12.0 or around that figure are recommended and that depends whether it's turbo/supercharged or NA which require a different figures. When the manufacturer did their tunings, they have various parameters to look after, eg; power, consumption, exhaust temp etc. and these are done in a controlled environment and on new engines.
Due to aging, the AFR reading might alters. That's why piggybacks, chips etc are introduce to get the figure back on track (but beware, most chip tuning here are just a copy from an unknown engine setup which may/may not suits your application).
If you feel that piggyback/chip can't do the job for you, find a standalone. However, be sure that you have a healthy engine to start with. At least, check your engine compression or better still, have it decoked. If you have a seasoned engine, then, no tuning can help you achives your goal.
