hi madiewaters, what do you mean by old and new usernames?

We can only restore old/new usernames if they are of the same spelling.
Your new Madiewaters username has been merged with your old Madiewaters username

as for your PMs, i'm very very sorry to tell you that PMs are non-recoverable. Only posts are recoverable
