Eric,
Not 100% true la.. light-weighted 17" rims might be lighter than besi buruk 15" rims.. Must depends on the materials to build the rims.. Taiwanese rims are light and economic, but not tough.. Japanese rims can be quite light and yet very tough, but that will cost a bomb..
Yupe, planning to but not really very soon because I just use up lots of $ on a major service for my car.
Doing survey now.
Any recommendation on rim shops?
Yup.. In Klang at Jalan Kapar.. I forgot the name of the shop.. I think it's Hin Leong.. The boss is a huge size Chinese.. Just beware that he won't give you the final price.. He is good in pushing sales for the accessories like the nuts, chrome tubes, centre hold, etc.. Wahahahaha....
Things needed :
1. An atf cooler (new, recon, chopshop, etc).
2. Proper engine grade hoses and clamps.
3. Phillips screwdriver, size 10 nut remover tool.. forgot what these are called. I used a ratchet + extender +...
