hi there...

malaysia OTC and LS security solution are the first company that provide GPS GSM car security system that having a full malaysia digital map for customer to monitor their own car.
they sell digital map software for customer to monitor their car.

V-Guard is a car security system. alart owner through SMS to tell ur car status. immobilize ur car through SMS. it also can control using the software given to track, or stop ur car.

NAV-TRAC is the first Navigation system in malaysia market. it still not enough stock to sell yet. i think next month u will see it starting selling already. Najib was the first person in malaysia using NAV-TRAC, he just got it this month at a product launching for V-Guard, On-Guard and NAV-TRAC.
The feature are
- Track the car's location on the digital map.
- Navigate car to destination.
- Query distance between two locations.
- Rotate map in "Head-Up" orientation.
- Zoom In/Out of digital map for different map scaling.
- Show location of selected landmark.
- Refresh the map.
- Voice Guidance and turn-by-turn instructions.
- Pre-loaded maps stored on the unit.
- Auto Reroute.
- Set waypoint.
- Instant Locate.
- Save routing information and do trip planning.
- Auto Dimmer.

u just need to select where u want to go from your location let say u are in KLCC
, you want to go KLIA. then the system will tell by voice saying following the road that had been high lighted. then u start to drive at junction, it will tell u " next junction turn left.." then if u miss the junction, the system will high light a new road for u.

it also can link to optional DVD/VCD player, camera reverse sensor.

V-GUARD

hi there~

For whole malaysia map.
B)

Sarawak price V-Guard is cost RM2488 without software and RM2888 with software.

KL should be less and cheaper. pls contact OTC Security Solution for the price. i not sure.
pls call 1800828828 free.

NAV-TRAC, i really not sure the price cos currently Sarawak we still dont have it yet.

GPS is only a receiver, we are unable to send signal through GPS. so when your GPS received location, time, date, speed from satellite. for car security device, u need something to communicate with owner to report the location and car status when illegal break in, tow away and also emergency.
In that case we need a GSM simcard(hand phone sim card) that either Maxis, celcom... used for the device to message the owner for reporting.
Beside that with GSM Data mobile plan, for you able to connect to your vehicle through computer to do real time tracking, downloading history and also activate the immobilize any time, any place.

this system was not using by some others gps monitoring system, most of them using SMS function to send signal to the vehicle and wait for the vehicle to reply the sms to report to control center for the location, then user have to online to the control center server to wait for the server to report the location.

For NavTRAC, the GPS receiver will locating ur location and display on the screen.
the system will tell you your speed, location, time and date.
so you just need to select where u want to go then the system will genarate and draw out the road for u to go with voice guide.

JINEIL2EN : for V-Guard software i don't think it can install into PDA beside ur PDA having window XP operating system same as our desktop computer then it will work. we are using dial up line to connect to your vehicle just like you dialing into 1515 / 1511 internet service provider. for home user they just need to plug in the phone line, using dial up modem dial into the simcard that installed into your vehicle to track the location.

For underground parking, the GPS receiver will not getting any signal from satellite. but how ever, the GSM simcard in your vehicle still work. so when break in, your V-Guard will still sending SMS to alart the owner and control center. on that time control center will not get any location of that vehicle.
Any way we got a solution, V-Guard we have a 1500point of GPS data black box. so control center can download your vehicle history and check out your last point of your location before you enter the underground parking.

uss2defiant : for Nav-Trac , it just direct GPS to satellite. It is a 3 in 1 system.

1. Navigation system.
-click on the place u want to go, the system will lead u which road to drive.
-if you looking for some place u don't know the location, just select the name. this system will search for you.
ex: u want to look for fast food.
- click fast food, then it will name out. KFC, Burger King... bla bla....
then u select one, it will lead u the nearest fast food.

another function - it will be coming soon in next year
- this system will tell you which road are close or traffic traffic jam....
so you can avoid to use that road.
(BUT too bad it wont tell you which road got police road block HAhahahahaha  )

2. It also a Reverse camera, when u switch to reverse gear. the screen will switch to the camera behind ur car.

3. It also a DVD /VCD player.

DJmobile: For V-Guard, if you subcribe to control center for monitoring your vehicle. yes you need to pay monthly. control center will call u when receive any emergency cases and will help u to take action, call police, ambulance.....
If you think with SMS function is enough for u, then u no need to subcribe to control center.
and for the simcard installed into your vehicle, maxis will charging RM15 for monthly simcard rental and also 10cen perSMS. celcom will be RM18, i not sure about Digi charges.
