Hello 2slow2steady, agaknya u ker zaman lepak2 kat sri hartamas, sebab aku dengar sejarah kereta ini dulu memang kuat cuma masalahnya rpm cepat cut off. Betul ker?

power memaang ada le,tapi problemnya pakai slick depan pun wheel spin le.cut offnye dekat 7800 rpm.i set shift light kat 7200.dulu keta ni lepak kat dharoos dengan yang oren dengan biru.ada 3 biji je 2 door yng lepak sama.
 
setakat pengalaman saya...keta ni jangan pakai turbo...main n/a je.cukup tu...lepas i buat turbo...habis...handling dah KO.straight je boleh...tak sedap ambik koner.
dah turbo pakai tak kecil,ada sikit lag pulak...ish,susah la.
hantar canon buat n/a lagi elok...ada juga regret lepas pasang turbo...hehehe

masa baru keluar workshop,semua elok.i maintain keta tu elok,lepas jual,tak tau la apa jadi...hehehe
dah expected owner baru kellong kan enjin tu....hahaha
kita tengokla apa swift baru ni boleh buat...harap dapat fame macam yang dulu la...

Ingatkan aku nak jual kereta, last2 tak jadi pasal semua yang datang nak beli, tak dapat loan. Anyway, aku ingat nak bikin balik kereta aku nie,
Nak cari
- GAB atau Koni absorbers (Second hand pun takpe)
- nak ganti standard clutch-plate ngan yang racing nya
- nak cari chip sekali

Korang tau tak mana boleh dapat parts untuk swift murah? Dulu aku bikin kat kedai Rawang tu, tapi mahal sangat lah dia charge. An advice?

Ideas on modifications for Swift 1.3

Hi there,

yeah, i did the conversion with Nick Ng down in Rawang. He is a good mechanic, however his charges are quite high. changed to the EFI engine from Japan. GAB adjustble is good but quite pricey. I checked with the shop in KEpong, full set is about Rm1900. Anyway, i don't need the stiff damper, so i already ordered the standard GAB for my rear absorbers at Rm435. They told me it's 30% stiffer than standard absorbers...so i guess its ok lah.
Anyway, upgrading my chip and cam would be good - so where is this Mr Canon located? which part of Damansara?
Have you upgraded your chip before?...any difference? I saw some accessories at the shop in Kepong. They recommend me to buy the fuel regulator and air controller. Quite cheap...both about Rm2++. Wonder if anyone else has used it before?
