Hello everyone.
I have this panic attack for the last couple of days. so do appreciate it if anybody can give me a peace of mind.

I stopped behind a traffic light on the right lane and wanted to make a left turn. I put signal and everything, So i was just about to move that this crazy motorcycle suddenly pass from my left. After 3 or 4 meters he lost his control and hit the rear bump of another car. So then the crowd gather and I saw him stand up and tried to start his engine. when i saw him ok then i slowly left. I am not sure even if lost control because of me or another car near me. I waited for like maybe 2 minutes. I am not sure if he hit my car or not but apparently he did not because there is no scratch or anything on my passanger side. after 5 days i checked with JPJ and IPD and police traffik and everything clear. again i checked after 14 days and everything clear with my car. I also renew my driving licence recently. I also did not recieve any letter after 2 weeks almost in my car registration address. So can i have a peice of mind that he did not report and nothing bad happen? please help me because it really bothers me.

you're such a nice guy,

Well, to be honest, sometimes there doesn't need to be ding or scratch on your car to know if a motorist crashed because of your doing. They may have instinctively tried to avoid your car, therefore inadvertently swerved into another object.

But as for your case,
- you didn't move when the bike passed you
- the biker didn't try to confront you on-site
- no one around you blamed you
- you have no summons
- no one called you to speak about the incident

As far as most seasoned drivers are concerned, there's nothing on you. In fact, most drivers would have already deleted this piece of cache from their brains within the next 10 minutes of the incident that they "didn't" cause. What more ignorant drivers?

Well unless deep down, you feel the guilt due to a mistake on your part, where you could have inched just a little before it happened on an illegal left turn, then that's another story. If you are certain you didn't cause it, you can proceed to put it behind you

good luck

Don't worry man. You signalled and you proceed to move and he zoomed pass you.
Dont be so hard on yourself.
Good to have someone like you.

So, i can conclude that if there was any issue/report, i have already recieved a letter or the incident could have been placed into the JPJ or PDRM system, right? Therefore, since there is no record there after 2 weeks, no problem ! True?

mohdiman, don't worry you fine....it happen to me few times too. Not just bikes, cars also...
