let's say it's illegal to sell ice-cream or mayb w/out licence also can close 1 eye n open 1 eye ma... rite?

coz he's juz........selling ice-cream after all to make children happy.

Reading through some post in this topic, I get various emotions and opinions about this. It's really subjective and it all depends on how an individual, be it a company or an officer or whoever, thinks and evaluates the situation. Leaving any possible speculation aside, if there is a "DILARANG MENJAJA" sign there, then the MPK has the right to confiscate the ice cream bike. That's how it's done according to the law, once a legal sign board is erected there. On the other hand, if humane emotions and considerations are taken into account, then the MPK could leave the man to continue making a living. sigh....

i was alr in tat scool for 9 years...
nvr see them put up the sign board "DILARANG MENJAJA" also although they wan stop the fellow selling ice-cream...
