last time when i buy motortrader stated there the price for that crx is 23k...
but when i went there n asking the price, they said 28,888.00. n they said motortrader mistakenly put the lower price. i think not bcoz of that. maybe bcoz got lot of enquiry aboyt that crx.... du uh...

bloody unethical!!! I would have made a very big fuss over it and take matters to authority...

It is done deal and deposit has been collected so no such excuse of backing off like that.

In the motor industry, if it was the other way round, you paid them RM1000 deposit and after loan approve and you back out. U think the dealer will give you back RM1000. NOPE!! it will be considered forfeited and charged as administration charges for all the hassle the company went through to get the loan approved.

So they back out and even they pay you back the full refund is still not enough and they should have at least compensate you extra for the trouble you went through.

Just let you know motor industry norm is you pay booking RM1000 they have to pay back double which RM2k! your case RM7000 they must pay u back RM14k.

Good luck... hassle them kau kau.. very unethical if you ask me...

Chris is rite... by right the minute u hand over the deposit.. the car is as good as yours already...... if it was the other way around the dealers would definitely not let you go.. so why should you... go after them with proper papers and documents from court to get them pissed in their pants to compensate you. Consumer rights man.... else at least they should give u back another 2k at least for the trouble they caused.

just got a call from the dealer.
He said already bank-in RM6000 but I still dont check for it...
I ask for another RM1000, then he said after raya cos that amount is in another bank account....
At the same time, he promise me to find another Civic. Heh.... he try to play with me...
I know he will make the rm1000 as a deposit for another car... but again i refuse it...
I give him by Monday, if not, report la....

FYI, the used car is in front of tyre shop (FALKEN). If you come from Esso, you can find it at first lot at ur left side. Behind the shop, got rumah flet...
