Need advice on oil temp... ^_^

I have some serious question wanna ask u Si fu ~
Mine is oil temp meter ~ but the problem is !!!
i read from the manual itz say only water temp need to cut hose between the radiator and engine then put a adaptor there

Wat the hell while i open my bonnet ahhh.i saw tat installation juz exclty AS same as Water temp meter !!!!!!!
arhhhh !!! WAt happen !?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!
plz advice... but so far my oil temp work perfectly... =_='
damn it... DonNo the BOss stupid or wat ...

Or it really installation like this de....

plz advice... really need ur guyz help..
izzit the oil temp and water temp reading are same ???

really appriciated if can give me more advice..

not same.. so thats mean u are reading water temperature...eventhough on the meter is write oil temp.. but the reading is for water temp.. :)
for oil temp..u must connect somewhere that have oil..ussually around oil filter adapter..



correct me if im wrong..

Tap at oil sump, tap at the engine block oil jacket or "T" at the oil pressure sensor.

if got Oil filter adapter/relocator, then tap there.

oil sump is good location...hehe
