need help check engine appearing (P.Putra 1999)

hi sifus out there...im driving a putra year 1999,the check engine is always there...
1.any idea of what can i check?
2.i have downloaded a self diagnostic tool for obd 1 and obd 2...has any1 tried self diagnose?
3.is Putra year 1999 using OBD1 or 2?

try to reset ecu n see if it disappear....

ya tried that by disconnecting the battery but the light only went off for like few hours

mostly known for the sensors damage check on the exhaust pipe sensor or the distributor sensors .... use the tuning machine can check ....

yup..check the sensors plugs...might be loose..
