Hi.
I am doing a little research on Nissan V-configuration engines. Can anyone help me with the codes of the engines available and also the bore x stroke, peak horsepower and torque and aslo the RPM to reach those figures? If anyone can include the weight of the engine, that would be sooo nice.
At the moment I have some information on VQ35, VK45 and VQ45.
VK45DE (NEO) Max HP (JIS): 279.8 PS (276.0 bhp) (205.8 kW)
@6000 rpm
Max Torque (JIS): 451.0 Nm (333 lbft) (46 kgm)
@3600 rpm
Bore x Stroke: 93.00mm × 82.70mm
VQ45DE (NEO)
Max HP (JIS): 279.8 PS (276.0 bhp) (205.8 kW)
@6000 rpm
Max Torque (JIS): 451.0 Nm (333 lbft) (46 kgm)
@3600 rpm
Bore x Stroke: 93.00mm × 82.70mm
VQ35DE
Max HP (SAEnet): 291 PS (287.0 bhp) (214 kW)
@6200 rpm
Max Torque (SAEnet): 372.0 Nm (274 lbft) (37.9 kgm)
@4800 rpm
Bore x Stroke: 95.50mm × 81.40mm
Anyway.. I also have a few questions.
- Judging from the info i gathered above, are VK45 and VQ45 the same engines?
- Whats JIS and SAEnet?
-Can anyone help me confirm the accuracy of the info above?
Thanks.
